Flooded apartment, terrible response time, blamed for the problem, no towel replacement, cracked cutlery, not well-maintained. No air-con, broken shower, unusable bidet.

I recently stayed at a cozy apartment in Rome for a week-long vacation. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially considering the scorching 39-degree temperature outside! Additionally, the location of the apartment was very convenient, close to the train station and easily accessible for exploring the city.

I recently stayed at Sofia Holiday Home in Rome and there were a couple of notable features worth mentioning. the provided database was incredibly useful. It had a comprehensive list of nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy for me to plan my daily activities. the room itself was well-equipped with a small but comfortable kitchen. This allowed me to prepare some simple meals when I didn't feel like dining out, saving me both time and money.

Despite the enjoyable aspects of my stay, I did encounter one minor issue. The room had twin beds, which I found a little uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was a relief after a long journey. Plus, having a private bathroom was a nice perk. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the price was very affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers.

There were several downsides to my stay. the communication with the owner was extremely poor.
